Hamptons have continued to provide me excellent service for many years in letting my Shad Thames apartment. Recently I had been planning to finally sell. My initial dealings were with Charlotte (McCabe) in Sales who was excellent in discussing and starting the process. Hamptons advised it may also be worth considering continuing to let for the short term in the present climate. Axel (Castillo), in Lettings acted quickly and effectively offering excellent prospective tenants and they moved in seamlessly within a few days. In my longer-term interests, they will review the market in the springtime and advise again. Megan Sillett, our property manager, was very helpful throughout the tenancy when we needed her help and went the extra mile to provide references, chase things etc. when moving out and needed her help with the new landlord - she is great! Mario Martinez was also very helpful when renting the flat and again when moving out, pointing us in the right directions and helping us through the different admin processes.
