London Borough of Haringey Case Study

Hamptons are currently instructed by the LB Haringey to provide consultancy advice for 17 sites across the Borough. This advice will span the lifetime of each respective scheme. These sites have been earmarked for potential private sale tenure in order to finance the redevelopment of new affordable housing and community assets. Our work has included assistance with brand creation and identity for Haringey as well as full site analysis including assessment of risks and opportunities.

London Borough of Islington case study

We have advised the LB of Islington on their first major scheme for private sale. This included pricing, market intelligence, development appraisals and in-depth market analysis on their sites. We have worked with their architects, planners, contractors and interior designers on scheme design and unit layouts. We have also helped specify, design and fit the marketing suite and have created a full sales and marketing campaign for the private sale units within the development.

Wilton Park, Beaconsfield case study

We have advised Bewley Homes on the major redevelopment of Wilton Park, Beaconsfield. The development consultancy team has advised on the potential Gross Development Value of the site and suggested the most advantageous plans to progress for construction. Additionally, we have provided guidance on the optimal placement of private and social units, along with recommendations regarding unit type and the arrangement of the project layout.

Sion Hill Place, Bath Case Study

Hamptons have been instructed to provide sales and marketing for the development at Sion Hill Place. When we took the instruction the prices for the development were sitting on the higher end for the market we were in. The development consultancy team took it upon ourselves to provide a comparable report which included the following:

─ Informal valuations including unit by unit pricing

─ Comparable evidence taken on different platforms

─ Area demographics

─ Graphs to show average £psf for apartments in the area, as well as heat maps in the centre of Bath and around Sion Hill to compare prices

After our client viewed this report, they decided to reduce the asking prices. Viewing numbers subsequently greatly increased which led to an increase in sales.
