Megan Sillett, our property manager, was very helpful throughout the tenancy when we needed her help and went the extra mile to provide references, chase things etc. when moving out and needed her help with the new landlord - she is great! Mario Martinez was also very helpful when renting the flat and again when moving out, pointing us in the right directions and helping us through the different admin processes.
