The Hamptons Battersea and Wandsworth office is situated in the area known locally as ‘Between the Commons’, geographically in the middle of Wandsworth and Clapham Common. The office covers the areas of Northcote Road, Battersea Waterfront, Between the Commons, St Johns Hill, Lavender Hill, Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park, Battersea Reach, Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and the Shaftsbury Estate. There are both sales and lettings teams at the office and a huge selection of property for sale and property to rent, from small apartments and flats to larger homes perfectly suited to families and Prime property.
We provide advice regarding all aspects of the marketing, selling and letting processes, and arrange contacts for mortgages, surveying and international properties for sale.
