All the staff at Hamptons Marlborough (sales and rentals) are polite, warm and engaging, and helpful. A good group of people. Very efficient and personal in handling our search for a rented property up to the point of securing one. Then, when the system took over for legals, references etc, this paper process became a little impersonal and, not having rented for a very long time, we felt a little discomfort. An email, setting out exactly what would happen when, would have been helpful. It may be that, as Hamptons were only instructed to find a tenant and were not managing the property, there was a little gap in communication. A minor issue - overall we had a very good experience and would recommend them.
