What should have been straightforward was complicated by inefficient solicitors and a dubious mortgage provider, and the matter took months to resolve. It was, as always, difficult to contact these people, but Mark invariably made himself available and was always willing to pursue outstanding matters, establishing a good relationship with all parties.
