Leading estate agent Hamptons is pleased to announce that their Winchester branch, which has been based in Winchester High Street for over 30 years, is expanding and moving from 72 High Street Winchester to new premises in a prime high street location - 51-52 High Street, on the corner of St Thomas Street in mid-February. The new branch offers the opportunity to comfortably house the growing team and create a flagship office to include all the disciplines Hamptons offer under one roof; Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management
The existing team of 23 will be led by Director of Residential Sales Gareth Anwyl, Senior Head of Lettings Sophie Winterson and John Hatfield Head of Residential Development and Investment and Heather Fraser Property Management.

We have invested huge amounts of time to ensure a smooth transition from our current office and to ensure there is no disturbance for our clients. The current office will remain open at 72 High Street until the new office at 51-52 High Street is ready for us to move into which will happen seamlessly.
