Regent Road and Seymour Gardens now occupy the site where Regent House once stood. It was the first significant building within the area and served as the primary building of Berrylands Farm. During the late 19th and early 20th centuries it was the only prominent structure.

In the early 1930s, the surrounding land underwent development, accompanied by the establishment of Berrylands Station in 1933. Regent House was subsequently demolished to pave the way for new residential homes. The street where the former building stood was aptly named Regent Road, and remnants of the foundation can still be found in certain gardens.
