Weybridge town, formerly known as Webrugge in 1086, literally means bridge over the River Wey. It now forms part of the popular Elmbridge district which straddles the A3 at junction 10 of the M25 making it ideal for commuters for London and regular international travellers seeking to use both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The town retains a village feel with its cricket green set between the Queens' road parade and High Street which boasts a wide range of shops bars and restaurants.
