About this branch

The sales and lettings teams at Hamptons International Sloane Square have many years’ experience working in both Chelsea and Belgravia. Our office covers the SW3, SW1W and SW1X postcodes.

From studio apartments to large lateral flats, mews houses to townhouses and riverside developments, the area we cover encapsulates a variety of London’s finest modern and period property.

The area is very popular with both domestic and international buyers, and for families there are a range of excellent schools including Eaton House, Hill House, Francis Holland and Garden House.

It is well served for public transport with Sloane Square Underground tube station being on both the District and Circle lines, plus there are a wide variety of bus routes providing connections all around central London.

The area

Located on the boundaries of Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea, Sloane Square is an exclusive area in central London - it's extremely popular with those looking to move into London. The area is a hive of activity all year round and it becomes especially popular during December with people flocking to shop and see the Christmas lights.

The centre of Sloane Square is where you'll find the grade II listed fountain called the Venus Fountain, it's an impressive landmark built back in 1953 by Gilbert Ledward. Around Sloane Square, there are a huge variety of international shops, bars and restaurants, whilst you have the world famous Saatchi Gallery and Royal Court Theatre on your doorstep. The square sits at the end of the famous Kings Road for example - one of London's "trendiest" streets - a place synonymous with fashion and of course the "swinging sixties".

If you're looking to move into the central London area, then Sloane Square will not disappoint you. There is a wide variety of architecture and demand for property around Sloane Square is extremely high - therefore properties on the market don't tend to be around for long! No matter what your reasons for moving to London may be, if you want to live in one of London's most iconic districts, look no further than here.
