About this branch

The Team

The Sales Team in Haywards Heath is led by Senior Branch Manager, Darren Middleton, who has over 20 years experience of selling homes in Sussex. He is supported by Associate Director Tamsin Kemp, Senior Negotiator Ana Conroy, Negotiator Amy Goodsir and Administrator Lucy Dingle.

The Area

Haywards Heath is a popular commuter town in Sussex - it boasts great transport links with places like London (it lays just 36 miles south of London), and Gatwick airport (Haywards Heath is just 15 miles south). Although there are strong road and coach links around the south of England from Haywards Heath, it also benefits from strong rail links - especially to the south coast and London.

Just another of the many benefits of residing in Haywards Heath is the fact that the town is located close to the UK's major seaports at Dover, Portsmouth and Southampton. Taking a ferry to the continent couldn't be easier!

Surrounded by popular towns and cities on all sides, the residents of Haywards Heath are still immensely fond of the place that they call home. Every year a celebration known as "Town Day" is held - a day of festivities dedicated to the local area. Town Day concludes with a firework display in the famous Victoria Park.

Although Haywards Heath is a popular place to live already, the local council are planning a series of redevelopments in the town centre itself and the local railway station. Haywards Heath is a fantastic place to live where property prices are significantly lower than those in central London. The short commute makes it extremely popular with those looking to move into the area in order to seek employment in the capital itself.
