Leading estate agents Hamptons is delighted to announce three strategic appointments aimed at fortifying its Prime Central London offering. Craig Tonkin, Mark Cullen, and Mark Breffit have joined the team in key roles, bringing an extensive range of expertise and industry knowledge.

Additionally, Grant Bates previously the Head of Sales at Hamptons highest performing branch in Islington, has now taken on the prestigious role of leading Hamptons Private Office in London. His new role is specifically tailored to cater to the unique requirements of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients and he has already been instructed to sell over f2bn worth of properties with listings at f 30m, f 40 m and £ 5 Om.

As a collective, these appointments significantly reinforce Hamptons' dedication to delivering unmatched services within the prime Central London market.


Craig Tonkin: Regional Sales Director for Central London

With a career spanning nearly 30 years in residential agency, Craig Tonkin brings a wealth of experience to the role of Regional Sales Director for Central London. Having started his career with Countrywide in Cornwall before moving to London and joining Foxtons, Craig swiftly became the number 1 banking negotiator for the company. After opening Foxtons' flagship Wimbledon office, he moved on to head up Marsh & Parsons Kensington and then on to run the whole Central London operation, significantly increasing sales turnover and average fee. From there Craig was headhunted by Dexter's as a Board Director where he played a pivotal role in their acquisition growth which was instrumental in expanding their Central London Sales. Following his successful stint at Dexter's, Craig assumed the role of Head of Sales at Druce in 2020 where he once again cemented his reputation for driving market share and fees across the Central London network. Craig is well known in the industry for his results-driven approach and has a well-documented history of propelling success and expansion within elite teams.


Mark Cullen: Senior Head of Kensington Sales

Mark Cullen, with his reputation for creating an exceptional work culture for high periorming teams, joins Hamptons as the Senior Head of Kensington Sales. Mark's journey in real estate began in 1987 in Berkshire and Surrey, moving to London in 1997 with Foxtons, and leading him to a regional director role across a significant number of branches. Since leaving Foxtons, Mark has worked independently, sharing his expertise in a consulting role, turning around underperforming or high potential businesses.


Mark Breffit: Head of Sales Sloane Square

Mark Breffit with over 13 years of real estate experience, joins Hamptons as Head of Sales for Sloane Square. Mark's journey in the industry has been marked by notable successes, with the sale of hundreds of millions of pounds worth of property across the capital. His expertise in establishing strong relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
