Portfolio Client Managers act as conduits between a portfolio client and Hamptons’ operational network, eliminating the need for multiple points of contact and ensuring a streamlined and consistent experience of letting and managing rental stock through Hamptons and its associated partner brands.
Services include an option for portfolio clients to delegate authority to their Portfolio Client Manager, enabling them to act on a client’s behalf in all matters of tenancy administration.
Operating on behalf of individual and corporate landlords alike, the department manages portfolios large and small to assess and optimise the returns that each achieves.
