Branch History

The Salisbury office has been open since October 2014 and has so far enjoyed great success in the market of the city and surrounding villages. We have a large selection of properties on the market to choose from, whether it is a city apartment or townhouse through to higher-end properties in desirable New Forest villages.

 

Getting Here

We’re located at 54 Castle Street, on the same road as the cities Royal Mail post office. If coming by car, the closest off-street parking is located on Mill Stream Approach (Pay & Display). By train, Salisbury Train Station (with direct links to London Waterloo – 83 minutes) is approximately a 10-minute walk from the branch. Salisbury is served by a great Park and Ride service, with the closest stop to the branch located on Castle Street.

 

Parking

On-street Pay & Display parking is located diagonally opposite the branch, although a larger, long term car park is available on Mill Stream Approach.

 

The Area

Salisbury is a historical city famous for its Early English Gothic Cathedral and surrounding areas of interest such as the World Heritage site of Stonehenge. Schooling in the area is of a very high standard and a wide range of both state and independent schools are available including Chafyn Grove, Clayesmore and Godolphin making it the perfect place for families to settle.

 

There are good transport links in and around Salisbury with regular services from the local railway station running to London Waterloo, Exeter St David’s, Bath Spa and other major UK towns and cities.

 

There’s so much to see and do in Salisbury itself, there are award-winning museums and eateries as well as a cinema, regionally recognised retail establishments, and of course the Salisbury Cathedral. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, there is a historic Charter Market in the market square.
