Tenants must meet the eligibility criteria in order to qualify for Intermediate rental prices, this includes:


1 beds – £880 - £940

2 bed - £1,260 - £1,340

  • Applicants must be over the age of 16 years old
  • Annual gross income must be less than £60k per annum
  • In a class of applicants that Tandridge council has decided should be considered qualifying applicants.

  • The minimum tenancy term is 3 years less one day
  • All apartments are unfurnished
  • No parking is available
