Moreover, residents enjoy secure internal bicycle storage and have access to individual smart parcel lockers. The Way of Life app acts as a dedicated hub for managing tenancy details and handling quick tasks such as booking spaces. Parking is also available to residents at an extra cost.

In alignment with Goldfinger’s philosophy of communal living, the service tower, which imparts the building's distinctive silhouette, has been cleverly transformed into a series of unique shared spaces by Studio Egret West and Ab Rogers Design.

Uncover a cosy red cinema room on the third floor, complete with a state-of-the-art audio-visual system and comfortable armchairs. For supper clubs and special occasions, a fully-equipped kitchen on the 27th floor is connected to a bookable dining room for up to twelve by a powder pink slatted staircase. Other levels house a fitness space, a mirrored yoga studio with a ladder barrel, and a communal roof garden that emphasises naturalistic planting.

Residents also have the privilege of utilising various distinctive co-working spaces within the property. The library is adorned with mid-century hues and features modernist Robin Day recliners, complemented by apple green shelves stocked with reference books on art, design, and architecture. Two other unique workspaces showcase elements like cork walls and architectural bar lighting, providing spacious desks, high-speed Wi-Fi, and conveniently located plug sockets.
