Sam Bunniss has worked in property since 2020, and joined Hamptons. in 2024. He began his career in Cost Consultancy working with a national BTR developer and operator. He then continued in a consultancy role focussing on all aspects of residential development, advising on acquisition through to new homes delivery. He now sits within the Land & Investment team with a focus on advisory, acquisition and disposal across the Hamptons network. This ranges from conditional land deals, through to acquisition and disposal of development and investment opportunities.
