Nuvin is an experienced professional with nearly a decade of experience in the property industry. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Law and Information Technology from Westminster University; Nuvin brings a unique blend of legal insight and technical expertise to the real estate world. He conducted his first property valuation on a houseboat in St Katharine Docks Marina which ignited his passion for the property market. Currently focused on building the Corporate PRS client portfolio within Hamptons, he is dedicated to identifying opportunities in the BTR and PRS sector, leveraging his expert negotiation skills to win new business. A former semi-professional footballer, Nuvin thrives on challenges both in business and life. He has visited over 10 countries and is eager to see more, constantly seeking new adventures and exploring different cultures. Nuvin has been married to his wife, Sarah, for 3 years and they currently reside in Guildford, sharing a love for discovering new destinations.
