Jemma began her estate agency career with Hamptons in Hove in 2017, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and competitive market. Since joining the Haywards Heath team in 2019, she has continued to progress, establishing herself as a consistently high-performing agent and becoming the top-selling consultant within the region. Having previously held the position of Assistant Head of Sales, Jemma took over the running of the branch as Head of Sales in January 2025, bringing her experience, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service to the role. With a genuine passion for property and a strong understanding of the local market, Jemma prides herself on building lasting relationships with clients through an approachable, relatable and honest manner. Her local connections, in-depth knowledge of the surrounding villages and first-hand understanding of the area allow her to offer informed, straightforward advice and a personal service tailored to each client's needs. Jemma believes that trust, clear communication and a thorough understanding of her clients' circumstances are fundamental to achieving the best possible outcome. Having grown up in Cuckfield and now living in Haywards Heath, Jemma has deep roots in the local community. A former pupil of Warden Park School and Haywards Heath College, she knows the area exceptionally well, from its villages and schools to the lifestyle and amenities that make it such a desirable place to live. Outside of work, Jemma enjoys making the most of the outdoors, whether running, walking, kayaking or snowboarding, as well as spending time socialising with family and friends.
