Hamish Scott is an Associate Director at Hamptons and leads the sales team in Stratford-upon-Avon. He joined Hamptons in 2010, starting his career in the company’s flagship Islington office in London. In 2015, he was appointed Head of Sales in Balham, where he played a key role in developing the branch into one of Hamptons’ top-performing offices. Seeking a move back to the countryside, Hamish relocated with his young family to the area just south of Stratford-upon-Avon, where he grew up. Since then, he has successfully led the Stratford office, combining his extensive London market experience with an in-depth understanding of the local property landscape. Having worked with buyers and sellers across both London and the Midlands, Hamish has developed valuable insight into the growing trend of London-to-country migration. This experience enables him to better understand the motivations, priorities and buying habits of those making the move from the capital, providing clients with informed and practical guidance throughout their property journey.
