Fred is Head of Sales and Valuer at the Notting Hill branch, covering the wider Notting Hill area. He previously valued for both the Kensington and Notting Hill branches and has extensive experience as a surveyor in valuation and leasehold enfranchisement across Prime Central London and the Home Counties. Fred combines deep expertise with a clear, client-focused approach. Outside work, he serves on the management committee and senior racing squad at Furnivall Sculling Club in Hammersmith and enjoys painting in his spare time.
