Ashley Mason

Head of Land & Investments

Ashley Mason, Head of Land & Investments, has worked in property for over 25 years, seven of which have been at Hamptons. He began his career at a Central London agency before joining Hamptons' Residential department, where he developed a passion for working with developers across the Home Counties and South West. In 2019, Ashley moved to Australia to collaborate with a newly established developer on delivering a master-planned community in Launceston, Tasmania. Returning to the UK in 2024, he rejoined Hamptons and now leads the Residential Investment department. Ashley is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service by fostering strong collaboration across Hamptons’ market-leading branch network, new homes and international teams, BTR/PRS leasing teams, and the broader multidisciplinary group.
