Kate is one of the UK’s leading property experts. She is passionate that most of the problems in the residential property market can be solved if the media, industry and government work together to educate consumers on how to carry out property projects. As well as being an author, Kate regularly works with these groups by sharing her vast knowledge on the housing market.

Aneisha joined the research team at Countrywide Plc in 2015 as a Graduate Analyst and was promoted a year later. Today, Aneisha is responsible for Hamptons’ research informing both the business and its clients and is regarded as one of the UK’s leading housing market analysts. Aneisha comes from an economics background and graduated from Bath University with an MSc in Economics.

Lucy Lewis, National Accounts Lead at Skipton Building Society

Lucy brings a wealth of experience from across the mortgage sector working in both intermediary firms/distributors (Countrywide and L&G Mortgage Club) and at The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI). Having recently joined Skipton Building Society as a National Accounts Lead, her key focus is to build strong relationships with broker firms, networks and clubs to bring Skipton’s Mortgages. Made. Easier. proposition to life! She’s passionate about the value of mortgage advice and the great service provided by brokers to help consumers navigate the increasingly complex home buying process.
Adam Fairweather, Regional Lettings Director at Hamptons

Adam Fairweather, Regional Lettings Director at Hamptons

Adam has worked in Hamptons Lettings division for 18 years. In 2003 he joined the Islington office working on a Saturday and soon moved to a full-time role. He has worked in four of Hamptons London offices before being promoted to Regional Director. He initially oversaw lettings branches in North. East and Central London before moving to his current role in 2017 where he is responsible for offices from Bath in the West up to Stratford in the North as well as Bucks, Berks and Hertfordshire.
