The DMR apartments at Enclave: Birmingham City offer the same high standard of living as our market-rent apartments, and residents will have full access to all of our facilities and amenities.

To qualify for a Discount Market Rent apartment at Enclave: Birmingham City, applicants' gross annual income must not exceed the following thresholds at the start of the tenancy:

1 Bedroom Apartment

Single person: ?30,000

Two persons: ?45,000

2 Bedroom Apartment

Single person: ?35,000

Two persons: ?50,000

3 Bedroom Apartment

Single person: ?40,000
