Situation
Shottery, although now part of Stratford-upon-Avon, has a lovely village feel with The Bell pub and plenty of walks through the surrounding countryside whilst being only 1.5 miles from the town centre.

Stratford-upon-Avon is a renowned market town and cultural centre, offering a great range of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Home to Shakespeare, the Royal Shakespeare Company has three theatres with performances all year round, and the River Avon offers a range of leisure activities and attractions.

The town is well served by motorway and rail communications with regular train services to Birmingham and London Marylebone (via Warwick Parkway/Leamington Spa stations), whilst junction 15 of the M40 motorway is situated within approximately 15 minutes drive.

Birmingham International Airport, the National Exhibition and Agricultural Centres and International Convention Centre are all located in under one hour's travel.
