Situation
Situated centrally within the thriving town of Leatherhead, the house is a convenient 0.7 mile distance to the mainline station. The station has regular services to London Waterloo, and Victoria from about 48 minutes, Dorking from 7 minutes, Guildford from 22 minutes, and Horsham from 29 minutes. By car, the town has easy access to the A24 north/south trunk road, and the M25 (junction 9). The historic centre of the town has been pedestrianised and caters for all everyday needs with Waitrose, numerous cafe's, pubs and restaurants, and the Leatherhead Theatre and Cinema.

Good local schools are abundant with many options in both the state and private sector including City of London Freemen's, Downsend, and St John's Leatherhead.
