Early Careers Journey
When Hannah joined Hamptons, it marked the start of an exciting new chapter, and a leap into a completely different industry. Coming from a successful career in car sales with Audi Tunbridge Wells (Marshall Group), she was ready for a fresh challenge, one that combined her people skills with her passion for homes and design.
Starting out in property was both exciting and a little daunting. There were new systems to learn, new terminology to master, and a whole new market to understand. But from day one, Hannah was supported by her manager, Kyle, who spent time introducing her to developments, vendors, and the ins and outs of new homes sales. His guidance and encouragement helped her find her confidence early on.
Hannah approached every challenge with determination and positivity. Her warmth, energy, and authenticity made her an instant hit with clients and colleagues alike. Even when moments of self doubt crept in, she pushed through with the same mindset that had made her successful in her previous role.
Training and mentoring have been key parts of Hannah’s journey. With ongoing support from Kyle and hands on sessions with Neil Taylor, she’s refined her viewing techniques, strengthened her negotiation skills, and learned how to guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care.
Today, Hannah is not just achieving fantastic results, but enjoying every part of the process. She’s proud of how far she’s come in such a short time, grateful for the support she’s received, and excited for what’s next. Her goal is to continue developing and progressing to Senior Associate level, building on the strong foundation she’s already created.
It’s been a journey of growth, confidence, and discovery, and for Hannah, this is just the beginning.
