Although formal mentoring schemes were not in place at the start of his journey, Cameron feels fortunate to have worked alongside inspiring managers who supported his ambitions and encouraged his progression. Among his proudest moments is the success achieved with his team in Clapham following the Covid lockdown in 2021, when they delivered record results. It was a defining period that demonstrated their collective drive and resilience. Since then, the team has continued to go from strength to strength, celebrating multiple promotions and personal milestones.
Looking back to his first day at Hamptons, Cameron still remembers the nerves and excitement of arriving in London, ready to begin his induction. The business felt vast and full of opportunity, and almost a decade later, he remains just as proud to be part of the same company, now surrounded by many of the colleagues he started with. Hamptons, he says, has truly become a professional home.
