Inclusion is part of who we are.
At Hamptons, we create a workplace where people feel seen, respected, and genuinely welcome. It’s reflected in how we lead, how we collaborate, and how we grow. We build teams where belonging drives ambition — and everyone has the support to thrive."
"What I love about Hamptons - we prioritise diversity and actively promote an environment where individuals, including myself, can thrive."
Our Affinity Groups
Our colleague-led Affinity Groups are a key driver of enriching the working lives of our people, promoting connection and purpose across our business. Whether you are looking for a support network of like-minded people or have ideas on how to make a positive impact more widely at Hamptons, you can get involved in one of our Affinity Groups.
Working Parents Group
As one of our largest affinity groups, the Working Parents Group provides a network for those balancing work with family life and children. Some of the members have taken a key role in setting up our Parental Leave Mentoring Programme, supporting those going on maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave, and facilitating a smooth transition back into work for parents.
Women's Group
Around 60% of our workforce are women. The Women’s Group has provided the opportunity for women to make connections with other women across all levels of the business. They have been instrumental in raising awareness of how the menopause affects women in the workplace, an initiative that gained us recognition in the press. Click here to find out more
Men’s Group
The Men’s Group was set up in recognition that men also require a space to share and discuss issues pertinent to them. Becoming more popular as time goes on, it is growing by word of mouth!
LGBTQ+ Group
This group has represented Hamptons at Pride events and provided the opportunity for people to come together by organising social events. They’ve also helped us to connect to a wider demographic of customers too.
Ethnicity Group
From celebrating the diversity of our workforce, to promoting fair and inclusive working practices, the Ethnicity Group champions our uniqueness as individuals engendering appreciation and mutual understanding between colleagues across the business.
Disability, Health & Wellbeing Group
The Disability, Health & Wellbeing Group champions the interests of those with visible and non-visible disabilities, and those caring for loved ones with disabilities. They look for ways to improve working practices in this area, supporting the interests of both colleagues and customers alike.
