About this branch

The Area

Marlborough is a fantastic little market town nestled in the county of Wiltshire. It sits alongside the River Kennet and it's a truly fantastic place to visit and to live. Marlborough oozes character and charm - from the amazingly wide high street that used to double up as a cattle market, right through to the annual Mop Fair, the town is a hub of activity. Marlborough features a large range of property, from old cottages and houses through to newly built apartment buildings, there's something for everyone. What's more, lettings in Marlborough aren't nearly as expensive as they are in other areas of the south.

Marlborough's famous high street plays host to a farmers market every Saturday and Wednesday - it's also lined with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. No matter what day of the week it is, there's always something to do or somewhere to go in Marlborough.

There's plenty of sport to watch in the local area, Marlborough is home to its own rugby team and its own football club. Bedwyn, Pewsey and Swindon railway stations all sit around the town of Marlborough - although there's no direct rail access to or from Marlborough itself, all of these surrounding rail stations are within easy driving distance. They offer a gateway to the rest of the UK by rail.

There are hundreds of reasons why people choose to live in Marlborough - what will yours be?
