For those in need of open space, Windsor Great Park surrounds the town and provides public access to 4,500 acres of beautiful grounds owned by The Crown Estate. The historic centre of Windsor is instantly recognisable with the castle dominating the landscape and the River Thames providing a host of lovely riverside walks, cycle rides and sporting opportunities such as sailing, rowing and fishing.
