About the office
Welcome to Horsham! Our office is enviably positioned on the bustling, pedestrianised West Street, one of the most stylish and well-loved shopping spots in town. It extends into East Street, well known for its plentiful and popular eateries. The street is always busy with passing shoppers, meaning our window is perfect for showcasing your home!
Our talented and professional team all live locally and cover some of the loveliest and most interesting homes in the district for sale and to rent. Our sales team is complemented by the vastly experienced Mark Wheeler, our Prime & Country homes director, himself a long-standing Hamptons employee (since 1997), who looks after our higher value homes and estates.
Alongside Mark, our enormously knowledgeable associate director & valuer Scott Ford has been with the company since 1998. The sales team consists of Emma Bridge (Associate Director) and Sue Mills (Sales Consultant), who started at Hamptons in 2006 and 2024 respectively. As is evident, between them the team has decades of experience in valuing, marketing and selling homes in this beautiful corner of the South East.
Our friendly, expert lettings team is run by the accomplished Jodie Pickles (a Hamptons employee since 2008), complemented by Jenna Cooper and Olivia Reeves, our exceptional consultants, each with us since 2008 and 2022. Also based here is our specialist property management hub, led by the eminently capable Joe Sanders. Whilst our land and new homes team is adeptly led by Kyle Fennell..
Last, but by no means least, we are lucky enough to have the boundlessly knowledgeable Simon Dice, our financial expert, working with us. Specialising in mortgages with access to virtually the whole of the market, he is bound to find you the best lending facility going.
