Transport

Just a 0.5 mile walk to Greenford Station (Zone 4), the Central line and Overground offer direct links into London Paddington within approximately 28 minutes and Notting Hill Gate in approximately 18 minutes. Westfield London is just 20 minutes by tube, so a last minute shopping day couldn’t be easier. 

Sudbury Hill Harrow train station is also within walking distance, allowing you to be in Zone 1 in under 20 minutes.

Greenford also benefits from excellent road links via the A4, M4, M25 and M40. And for those who like to travel Heathrow airport is approximately 11 miles. 

Scenery

Greenford Quay is situated by the Grand Union Canal, providing a tranquil waterside setting for walks, and beautiful views from your apartment. You can explore the hidden backwaters of West London by walking or cycling along the canals historic towpath.

Greenford's green spaces are excellent, offering access to over 100 hectares of historic woodland. Horsden Hill Park is just a short walk away and boasts woodland, grassland, ponds and spectacular views across the city. Other parks include Greenford Lagoons, Grove Farm and Northala Fields.

Leisure

Greenford Quay itself is set to be a go-to location, offering shops, bars, restaurants and office space, and residents will have all of this on their doorstep. Resident’s events such as Farmer’s Market and outdoor cinema by the amphitheatre are regularly offered. Sports events are regularly aired, such as Wimbledon and the Euros.

Nearby Perivale Community Centre hosts a range of activities every Tuesday in a friendly environment. Why not have a go at learning knitting or card making?

Perivale Brewery holds regular Tap Day events throughout the year, offering a taste of the more unusual beer flavours such as peach or salted caramel.

Greenford offers a selection of shops, bars and pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Westway Cross Retail Park is local, as well as London's only Motorcycle Museum.

Wembley Stadium is just a 20 minute drive away, so music and sporting events are within easy reach. The West End can be reached via Oxford Circus, so if you fancy a West End theatre performance or a meal in hip Soho, it’s just a quick half hour journey.

Ealing host the Ealing Summer Festival annually, lasting one month and offering entertainment such as comedy, Ibiza nights, food markets, cinema screenings, live music and more activities for all ages.
