Terms and Conditions for the Sandown Racing Raffle
1. The Sandown Racing Raffle (“the Prize Draw”) is offered by Hamptons International, a trading name of Countrywide Estate Agents, whose registered address is at County House, Ground Floor, 100 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2, 0RG (“the Promoter”). 2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 3. Entry into the Prize Draw shall open on 20th July 2018 at 09:00 hrs (BST) (“Opening Time”) and will close at 17:00 hrs (BST) on 20th August 2018 (“Closing Time”). Entries received outside of these dates and times will not be valid. 4. Entry into the Prize Draw is open to eligible customers only. Eligible customers are those who: a. Own a property within the Catchment Area (as defined in paragraph 5); and b. Are aged 18 years or older (“Customer”). Employees of the Promoter, their families, associates and any other persons who are in any way connected to the Prize Draw are excluded. Proof of age and identity may be required. 5. Customers can enter the Prize Draw by arranging a free market appraisal for a property (the “Property”) located within the catchment area of the Promoter’s Weybridge or Esher branches as detailed in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (“the Catchment Area”), between the Opening Time and Closing Time. The market appraisal must take place within 20 days of the date of booking. 6. Please contact the Promoter by phoning 01932 859933 or emailing Weybridge@hamptons-int.com for clarification as to whether your property falls within the Catchment Area. 7. Only one entry per household is permitted. 8. Customers who book a market appraisal in accordance with paragraph 4 will receive a ticket containing their unique entry number and entered into the Prize Draw. 9. 2 winner(s) will receive 2 adult tickets and 2 children tickets to the Sandown Race Course Family Fun Day (“the Event”), taking place on Saturday 1st September 2017 (“the Prize”). 10. The Prize excludes meals and drinks, travel costs, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated to be included in the Prize. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
