The house consists of entrance hall, spacious and well equipped kitchen/dining room. Also downstairs there is a large sitting room, as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, additional study/bedroom. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with a family bathroom. The house has the benefit of a large garden which backs onto fields and woods. There is parking for several cars.
The house is situated approximately 5 miles away from Cranleigh which has an excellent range of shopping and recreational facilities. For more comprehensive facilities Godalming and Guildford are within easy reach. Both towns have mainline stations with fast service to London Waterloo. The schools in the area include Cranleigh School, Charterhouse School, and St Catherine's.
