New Associate appointed in the Development Land Team at Hamptons International

Hamptons International, a leading residential property company in the UK, has expanded its Development Land & Planning team with the senior appointment of Matt Henderson as an Associate Development Agent. Matt will be responsible for Land acquisitions and disposals in the Central and North London areas and will be based in the company's HQ in Mayfair.

Matt has more than five years experience working in the residential Land industry and spent four years at Savills where he qualified and as Chartered Surveyor and specialized in the Development Agency and Consultancy sector. He was involved in the acquisition and sale of Land within Central London and his clients included Local Authorities, Property Companies and Developers. More recently, Matt worked at Strutt & Parker in the Residential Development Investment Team where his clients included Developers such as Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Redrow Homes.

Commenting on his appointment at Hamptons International, Matt said: "I'm thrilled to be part of Hamptons International's expanding Development Land and Planning team and I'm looking forward to applying my skill set to generate new instructions in both Central and North London."

Over the past year, the Residential Development and Investment team at Hamptons International of which Development Land is key part, has expanded to cover all new build specialisms and offer clients a full 360 degree approach. The department has increased its presence and works with institutions, land owners, commercial property companies, large UK developers such as the Berkeley Group, Taylor Wimpey, and Willmott Dixon.
