New Sales Manager in St Albans for Hamptons International in association with John Curtis
Leading residential agency, Hamptons International has enhanced the strength and profile of its St Albans branch with the appointment of Jamie Reynolds as Senior Branch Manager. Jamie will head up the Sales department at the prestigious High Street office, where he will work in close partnership with the company’s existing team in covering the City market.
Jamie brings with him a proven track record of success in St Albans, with an estate agency career that spans over 28 years. Having spent many years with independent agent, Druce & Partners, Jamie has earned himself a solid reputation amongst the local community for excellence within the property field.
In addition to Jamie’s appointment, the link between John Curtis – a two branch estate agency in Harpenden and Wheathampstead acquired in February 2015 by Hamptons International – will be significantly strengthened. Both John Curtis Directors, Ric Merlo and Ken Whittaker, will assume new roles as the ties between St Albans, Wheathampstead and Harpenden are bolstered. Ric Merlo will undertake operational responsibility for all three offices, while Ken Whittaker will work closely alongside St Albans Associate Director, Nuala Easter in the Prime & Country House sector. Nuala has been with Hamptons International for over 17 years and is thus one of the organisation’s dedicated ambassadors.
Commenting on his appointment at Hamptons International, Jamie said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have joined Hamptons International; an estate agency with significant local, national and international reach. Having lived and worked in St Albans for nearly thirty years, I am very much looking forward to continuing to operate in the area that I know and love. Working closely with the John Curtis offices in Harpenden and Wheathampstead will allow us to strengthen our existing offering across the St Albans district and build upon the existing highly respected profile of both brands.”
Peter Everett, Regional Director of Hamptons International comments: “I am delighted to welcome Jamie to Hamptons as his many years of local estate agency experience and passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service will be an enormous asset to the company, and more importantly to our clients. Our link up with John Curtis means we now have offices in St Albans, Harpenden and Wheathampstead, which when combined to the expanding Hamptons network of over 87 offices means we can offer our clients the widest possible coverage and help them sell or let at the best possible price.”
