Richard Broer, formerly of Douglas and Gordon, will cover Central London. Ross Brien, who joined Hamptons International 10 years ago as a trainee Negotiator, will now cover South West London.
Reporting into Peter Everett are the existing Regional Directors Andrew Marshall covering Western England, Michael Walker covering Southern and Howard Bettridge covering South East. Ian Allen previously Sales Manager at Hampton International’s Beaconsfield office, has been appointed Regional Director for the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire region, replacing Peter Everett. Ric Merlo, an Area Sales Director covering three Hertfordshire branches also reports directly into Peter as well as Joanna Cocking, who leads Hamptons International’s Prime and Country House division.
Commenting on the promotions, Lesley Cairns, Managing Director at Hamptons International, commented: “Hamptons International has seen several consecutive years of exciting growth as we extend our footprint beyond our traditional patch of London and the South East. In 2017, we set out a business plan to grow even more which will see us strengthen our existing network and extend our reach into new areas. As part of this business plan, we made the decision to restructure the Sales division to better reflect our growth and to reward the individuals at the heart of our success. Nothing delights me more than being able to recognise success and hard work. The leaders of our business are amongst the best in the business and I am very excited about what can be achieved over the coming months and years.”
