Hamptons International’s Henley branch is region’s office of the year

Hamptons International has today announced that its Henley Branch is the Office of the Year 2011 for the Buckingham, Berkshire and Hertfordshire Region, having produced the most improved level of sales compared with the previous 12 months. The hard work of its staff in 2011 has been rewarded with two promotions in the team: James Butler to Senior Branch Manager and Matt Davies to Assistant Manager.

James Butler has more than a decade of agency experience, both in the London and Country House markets.  Regional Director for Buckingham, Berkshire and Hertfordshire, Peter Everett comments: "In his two years at the Henley branch, James has revolutionised the office, gaining market share and increasing the local profile of the branch.  I'm confident that he can take the office even further in 2012."

Matt Davies, who will now be James's Assistant Manager, joined Hamptons in 2007 and has proved invaluable to the team. Peter Everett continues: "Matt has played a key role in the success of the Henley office. He has clearly demonstrated the ability to both list and sell and has a wonderful attitude with colleagues and clients alike."


James and Matt will continue to be supported by Helen Gibson, Sue Lewis and Wendy Dutfield, who has been working for Hamptons International for 33 years. Following the recent refurbishment of their office in 2011, the team is set for another strong year.

The accolade and promotions come at an exciting time for Hamptons International, which opened five new Central London branches in 2011, with more expected in 2012. Last year, Hamptons International also won six awards, including Silver for Best Large Agency and Silver for Innovation in the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards, consolidating its position as one of the UK's leading residential agents.
