Premier estate agent Hamptons International has today announced that it will be launching an exclusive overseas property exhibition in April this year - showcasing a selection of UK properties to active buyers and investors in both Hong Kong and Dubai.
The exhibition known as The Collection is a high profile property event aimed at international purchasers looking to invest in residential re-sale and new build property in the UK. It takes some of the best property in London and across the South of the UK to the Middle and Far Eastern markets, where there are a high number of buyers actively interested in acquiring property in the UK.
The Collection allows interested purchasers the chance to view homes interactively. Bespoke audio and visual property viewing tools are used to allow buyers to see the key features of each property first-hand, and experts from Hamptons International are on-hand at the event, to talk through each property, and buying and letting in prime areas of London and the Country. In addition, the event is supported by a high-profile marketing campaign across the Far and Middle East, including national advertising, a dedicated micro-site and social media activity.
Marc Goldberg, Head of Sales at Hamptons International says: Both Chinese and Middle Eastern buyers and investors form a large percentage of our international purchaser group and as such, The Collection is an opportunity to capitalize onthe significant demand. April is a great time of year for the event as many purchasers from these markets visit the UK over the Summer and The Collection is a good way to kick start their decisions. With our agent experts on hand, Hamptons International is looking forward to offering both UAE and Hong Kong locals with a ‘one stop shop’ for property investment and advice.”
The Collection exhibition will take place in Hong Kong between April 19th and 21st at the British Consulate and in Dubai at The Address Hotel, Downtown between April 26th and 27th.
If you would like your property to be considered for inclusion in The Collection exhibition, the brochure (which will be distributed to over 85 branches) and audio/visual tours please speak to your local Hamptons International branch.
