As part of the existing Property Management offering, Hamptons International has launched this new solution for owners of properties that are left vacant for the majority of the year.
To ensure Hamptons International offers home owners a 360 degree service, the new Vacant Property Care Service offering will include; weekly property visits, key holding, repairs and routine maintenance, payment of outgoings, pre occupancy works and a dedicated member of staff.
