Premium UK and international residential agency Hamptons International has brought its award winning service to Canary Wharf, London. The new branch is centrally located at 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, E14 and opened its doors for business on Monday 15th April 2013.
The new branch builds upon Hamptons International’s strong expansion strategy, which has seen seven new branches open in the last 12 months.
The new Canary Wharf office will cover E14, E16 and E1W and work closely with Hamptons International’s branches in the City and Tower Bridge, ensuring full sales and lettings coverage of the whole region.
Hamptons International Canary Wharf has both a Sales and Lettings division, which is positioned to assist the property requirements of both the local workforce and international investors from across the globe.
In addition, the Canary Wharf branch will offer a strong onsite new build and residential development presence which will provide investors with the opportunity to buy off plan in new and future developments such as Prime Place, C Quarter and Vermilion.
Each department is headed up by property professionals with a combined experience of over 37 years. Mark Williams will lead the sales team and has over 20 years’ estate agency experience in the local area. The lettings team will be headed up by Chris Boswell, who has strong experience in the lettings market previously managing the Hamptons International Pimlico branch.
The residential development arm will be headed up by Tom Hawkins who has been working within the London new build market for the last seven years.
