Friz Hill House is a large period property with parts dating back to 1632 as per the date stone over the rear door, the front section of the house was added more recently during the late Edwardian period. The house offers well-proportioned rooms with tall ceilings, the front door opens into a superb hall off which to the front are two formal reception rooms, further down the wide hall is a grand staircase which is delight as it rises up to the first floor. The gardens are a particular feature of the property with a large range of lawns to the front from which you enjoy glorious views running down across woodland to the Warwickshire landscape beyond toward Stratford-upon-Avon, the two tiered lawns run down to the estate fencing which abuts open fields. To the south side of the front lawn is a tennis court with a small shelter of trees. To the side of the house is a further lawn which abuts the conservatory, running along the edge of this lawn is a small coppice.
In the stable yard are a long range of old timber stables, adjacent to the house is the old tack rooms and stores with original Dovecote above. On the opposing side of the yard are further outbuildings which include a former barn with a pair of stables and a double garage.
