From Sevenoaks, head in a northerly direction on the A225 to Otford. At the duck pond in the centre of the vilage, bear right and take the second exit (A225) to Eynsford. Pass Otford station on the right and take the next turning on the right into Pilgrims Way East. After 0.25 of a mile, turn left into Row Dow and continue up the hill passing the entrance to St. Michaels School on the right. After 0.75 of a mile, turn right into Goodbury Road and then left into Hills Lane. The entrance to The Hut will be found 100 metres along the lane on the left hand side.
The Hut is situated within delightful gardens and grounds. Automatic gates open to a sweeping driveway that leads to the main house and a parking / turning area. The extensive gardens are mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs, plus secluded paved terraces. To the rear of the property there is an area of woodland.
