The historic and picturesque village of Mayfield with its charming period buildings has an excellent range of local artisan shops, coffee shops and cafés as well as the renowned Middle House restaurant. Schooling locally includes the highly regarded Mayfield School for girls and a local primary school. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is about 9.7 miles away for more comprehensive shopping facilities and amenities including many major national stores, numerous restaurants and the famous Pantiles.
