Prospect Cottage is a thatched period property which boasts a great deal of character featuring an abundance of exposed beams and fireplaces. Arranged over two floors, the accommodation is well proportioned and works well for family living. The layout of rooms offers versatility and includes a sitting room which leads into a study and beyond that into an ideal ground floor guest suite with en-suite shower room. The kitchen/breakfast room is a lovely sociable space, perfect for modern family living. This in turn leads into a useful boot room and in turn to a further room which is currently utilised as a playroom. A utility/shower room completes the ground floor accommodation.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, which all enjoy a cottage feel, and with a well appointed family bathroom.
Prospect Cottage sits within the village of Kintbury, being in a conservation area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
