Approached via a sweeping driveway with fenced, clay fields to both sides as you drive up to the farmhouse, perfect for animals to graze. The current owners have historically had 100 sucker cow herd and horses in the paddocks. In more recent years the paddocks have also been mowed to produce hay. There is a separate water system that provides water to the troughs in all fields. There is ample hard standing for a number of vehicles and the house itself is surrounded to three sides by lawned gardens with a pretty rockery area. The gardens enjoy panoramic views out towards the 50 + acres of farmland. The three barns and stables are all set to one side of the property and the area has been well maintained with a central concrete base.
