Glenfield is a very special home offering over 4,500 sq ft of accommodation and an array of outdoor offerings for thesporting or country enthusiast. The accommodation provides a flexible layout to suit an incoming purchaser’s needs including a one bedroom annex to the ground floor with its own separate entrance. This could be kept as such or incorporated into the body of the main house. The main entrance to Glenfield is situated to the rear of the house, making it easily accessible from the driveway parking. All principal reception rooms lead off the double height central hall and enjoy views across the fabulous gardens and leisure amenities. The re-modelled kitchen has a wonderful central island unit ideal for casual dining whilst doors lead straight out onto the decked terrace making it ideal for al fresco entertaining. There are four bedroom suites including a particularly special master bedroom with excellent storage and contemporary bathroom with views across the glorious gardens. The house would also suit someone with a requirement to work from home with a sizeable office and an internal room currently used as a gym but that would make an equally good media/cinema room.

Stunning gardens surround the house and give way to fabulous views over the Meon Valley and surrounding South Downs National Park.
The lawned gardens are surrounded by mature trees and shrubs and hedged borders.
