Heatherways is a substantial detached property set well back from the road, surrounded by wonderful woodland in this leafy street within the popular village of Hermitage. In terms of secondary education Hermitage is within the highly regarded Downs School catchment area. A comprehensive road network is accessed by the A34 about 3 miles west of the village, serving the M4 and M3 motorways. There is also a mainline railway station in Newbury serving London Paddington in just under an hour.
Approached via a five bar gate, the front drive is flanked by lawn on both sides and bordered by hedging and shrubbery which affords a good degree of seclusion.
