Both the M40 (J8 and 8A) and A34 are within easy reach, and Oxford mainline station gives access to London Paddington, or Oxford Parkway and Haddenham and Thame Parkway provided a fast train service to London Marylebone. Alternatively there is a frequent 24 hour bus service into London and the airports from Thornhill Park and Ride.
Outside are three well-established garden spaces which benefit from mature fruit trees including apple, pear, cherry, bay and rose.
